Anyone who knows me will tell you that I have a great affinity for Dubstep & Grime music and the related musical aesthetic. I came up on Drum N’ Bass, Trip Hop, UK Garage, and 2 Step in the 90’s and when Grime first started between So Solid Crew and Wiley’s work with Pay As U Go Crew I was on board. I first became conscious of Dubstep sometime around 2005 and I was a big fan immediately. That being said, DEON’s “GTFO” is one of the most monstrous jawns I’ve heard since the Mweslee remix of Slugabed’s “Donky Stomp”. Don’t sleep…
