DON’T SLEEP: Side Brain “Sunday Chillin'”, “Double Meaning”, & “Live @ Tha Beat Down (7.14.2011)” [BEAT VIDEOS]

I was on Facebook dealing with the mounting messages I was receiving from folks with links to beat tapes & I forgot to make myself invisible to chats. I got hit up immediately by the homie Luigi-Bo of Hypedog & we chopped it up about some beatmakers & the Maschine before he asked me if I was familiar with a cat named Side Brain or his album “On The Second Moon Of Earth”. I told him “No”. Luigi then told me he uses a damb Dreamcast controller when making beats and sent me a video. I was floored.

Next he sent me a link to one of Side Brain’s live showcases @ Tha Beat Down last week. I then spent the next 30 minutes watching Side Brain videos and I began listening to his album. Good lookin’ out, Luigi. This is what this blogging shit is SUPPOSED to be about. Enjoy these beat videos of Side Brain doing his thing that Luigi put me onto not too long ago. Don’t sleep!
