This cat Dead Horse Beats hits me up and sends me this beat tape consisting of source material from the Swing Era that begins at the opening of WW2 (1939 or 1941 for Americans) until the end of the war (1945). It’s a great idea and well done for this most part except for a few off beat moment and one godawful blend (“Back Home (West Coast)”) that you should probably just skip over.
