Cold Seltzer is a Philly conglomerate comprised of three principal characters. Instrumental abolitionist and world renowned orator Fredric Nuggless, nautical expert and infamous pirate WiseDaBoul  and navigational expert and legendary explorer/map maker Josh Hey.
