DON’T SLEEP: Kupul Original “#BBE1 (Beat Battle Episode 1) [BEAT TAPE]

On February 7th, 2012 in Prague (Czech Republic) a tribute show called “Thank You Jay Dee” was held. There was also a beat battle in which four Czech producers competed, namely Gruzo, Inphy, Dubas & FNTM. The 1st round involved  playing their already made beats. The next round required them to chop Jerry Butler’s “Just Because I Really Love You”. The last round involved remixing  MED f/Talib Kweli’s “Classic”. The first official winner after three hard fought rounds was Gruzo. Here’s the beat tape. Don’t sleep!
