Here it is, beatmakers & producers. An opportunity to get busy on Scratch Music TV x The Beat Tape Project’s upcoming release “The Teddy Pendergrass Beat Tape”. The project itself has a  release date of March 5, 2013. You must sample a Teddy Pendergrass record or a song with Teddy Pendergrass on it and flip it into a hip-hop joint.
