As far as beat videos go this one isn’t super popular by internet standards but I remember seeing in way back when I still had Poisonous Paragraphs up and running. This was almost a full year before Producers I Know was even conceived by Jay Large & FWMJ andalmost a year before the Scrunchface Show was even thought of. I remember seeing this video of a dude in his bedroom using a gang of different pieces of equipment, instruments and his own ingenuity to create music that represented him and I thought it was the coolest thing ever and an extended metaphor for life. B.kun & Hed are Beat Inc., Hed is a drummer and musician and Kun is a turntablist/beatmaker/producer. They incorporate live instrumentation and combine it with the aesthetic of the burgeoning beat culture (a la Keys & Krates).
