DON’T SLEEP: Funkommunity “Chequered Thoughts” [NEW PROJECT]

New Zealand duo Funkommunity is 2012’s version of Quadron amongst the Hip Hop/R&B/Soul blogging community. Their new album “Chequered Thoughts” dropped last week on Cologne, Germany’s Melting Pot Music and I was so busy with all of the Hip Hop releases I was promoting (and next weeks I’m dealing with now) that I even slept on it’s release and I was looking for it. If you heard “Pass It On” from the MPM compilation “Where The Wild Creatures Meet” or saw their EPK on YouTube there’s no way you didn’t anticipate this album. Regardless, you can now purchase Funkommunity’s “Chequered Thoughts” via iTunes, Amazon, UGHH, HHV, Beatport direct from the MPM Store or Bandcamp. Don’t sleep on it!
