The beats came courtesy of wunderkind producer D-Man and the sequencing, song titles and overall project concept was all my idea. “Cuffing Season Has Returned” is a chronological beat tape so to speak walking you through the stages of Cuffing Season. It gets colder, the boots come out you get your holler on. Then the thigh high boots come out and it gets even colder and you realize that it’s time to step your game up a few notches before all the cuffworthy and cuffable ladies done been cuffed up.

Nope, it’s just the day pre-orders begin as the project will officially drop on November 4th, 2011. Oddly enough, Pre-orders will ship by or on October 21st, which is dumb early. You’ll have to wait until November 4th for the digital release, however…
This tape based collaborative instrumental project will be released on double vinyl. Four sides, 23 slaps produced and then distributed and two dying mediums in a digital age. I love the idea.
